This water-based, ready-to-use vapor barrier and primer simplifies installation and saves time, labor, and material costs by eliminating the need for a separate priming step, mixing components, and multiple sundries. With high-performance moisture control rated for 100% RH and MVER up to 25 lbs., and strong bond strength, it ensures a solid substrate for final flooring, including self-leveling underlayments (SLUs).
This epoxy-free formula is hypoallergenic, low-odor, and low-VOC, making it a safer, greener option for installers sensitive to resins. Easy to use, it requires no sand broadcast for SLUs, and a visual color-change cue confirms proper application. Apply over new or existing concrete and work safer, greener, and smarter – without compromising performance.
