L&M EZ STRIP is a low VOC, non-staining, ready-to-use concrete form release for application to forms for easy removal. It is a pale, fast drying, sprayable liquid that is economical. It forms a physical barrier to prevent concrete sticking or build-up on forms, equipment and any accessories that come in contact with concrete. The resulting concrete is stain-free and ready to receive paints, penetrating sealers, moisture proofers, or other toppings. It contains no diesel fuel or fuel oil. E Z STRIP is a neutral petroleum mineral oil release agent. It is not harmful to concrete surfaces.
