Product Overview
NXT Level is a fire-rated, high-strength cement-based self-leveling underlayment designed to level interior floor substrates and allow floor covering installations in just 16 hours. Pumpable or pourable from 1/8 inch (3 mm) to as deep as 3 inches (76 mm) in a single lift and walkable in 2 to 3 hours, it reduces project time and cost. A solution for fire-rated construction, NXT Level is UL-certified for fire resistance for up to 2-hours in fire-rated floor-to-ceiling assemblies. Its faster cure times, superior durability, and direct compatibility with adhesives make it a high-performance alternative to traditional gypsum underlayments.
Designed for use over concrete, gypsum, exterior glue plywood, and other structurally sound flooring, it produces a smooth, flat surface to allow for the installation of wood, resilient flooring, cork, ceramic, stone, carpet, and more. This fire-rated floor underlayment delivers the strength, speed, and fire-rated protection you need for efficient, durable, and code-compliant installations.
