STONETECH® Heavy Duty Sealer is a water-based penetrating sealer that provides advanced stain protection and antimicrobial product protection while preserving the natural look of the surface. It is designed to help protect against oil- and water-based stains on natural stone, tile, masonry, and grout in interior and exterior applications. Ideal for use as a granite sealer, tile sealer, and more. 

Formulated with built-in antimicrobial technology, STONETECH Heavy Duty Sealer provides product protection against the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew on the treated surface. Designed without intentionally added PFAS, this water-based, low-VOC formula offers professional-grade performance with minimal odor and improved indoor comfort.
