FAQs

What version of my device's OS do I need?

This app currently requires iPhone OS version 3.0 or higher, and Android OS version 1.6, API level 4 or higher.

When updating the Product Catalog I receive an error telling me to try again later?

This feature protects our servers from overloading by allowing only a few refreshes within a 10 minute period. You will only need to refresh the product catalog occasionally (once every couple weeks or so) - there is no need to do so multiple times in the same day.

I don't have an iPhone^®, iPod Touch^®, iPad^™ or Android^™ device... what about me??

Currently our app is only offered on these platforms, however we may also release Symbian, Windows Mobile or BlackBerry versions in the future. You can still connect to LATICRETE product information from anywhere by downloading the Microsoft Tag Reader application! Click HERE to get all of the details!
