LATICRETE® NXT PATCH
LATICRETE NXT PATCH is a premium quality, fast-drying underlayment patch designed for use over most substrates. Cement-based formula is excellent for deep fills from 1/8” – 1-1/2” (3-38 mm) per lift.

LATICRETE® NXT LEVEL
LATICRETE NXT LEVEL is a cement-based underlayment for use in leveling interior substrates. LATICRETE NXT LEVEL produces a flat, smooth and hard surface for the installation of finished flooring. LATICRETE NXT LEVEL can be placed from 1/8–3" (3–76 mm) in a single lift. LATICRETE NXT LEVEL is a LATICRETE approved substitute for LATICRETE 84 LATILEVEL™.

LATICRETE® NXT LEVEL PLUS
LATICRETE NXT LEVEL PLUS is a high quality, cement-based, free-flowing underlayment for use in leveling interior substrates. Rapid setting formula produces a flat, smooth and hard surface for the installation of finished flooring. LATICRETE NXT LEVEL PLUS can be placed from 1/8–1 1/4" (3–32 mm) in a single lift (consult LATICRETE Technical Services for pea gravel extension installation guidelines).

LATICRETE NXT SKIM is a premium quality, fast-drying, cement-based underlayment designed for skim-coating, smoothing and leveling prior to the application of floor coverings. Apply from skim depth to 1" (0 - 25 mm). Install finished flooring as soon as 20 minutes after application. This trowel-applied product has a superior creamy consistency making it the ideal choice for skim coat applications.lt;/p>

LATICRETE® 84 LatiLevel™
LATICRETE 84 LatiLevel is a cementitious powder that is mixed with water to produce a free-flowing self-leveling underlayment mortar for leveling of interior sub-floors. Can be poured from feather edge to 1" (25 mm) thickness in one pour, LATICRETE 84 LatiLevel will produce a smooth and flat surface with excellent durability, which is ready for foot traffic in 16 hours.

Can be poured from feather edge to 1 1/2" (38 mm) thickness in one pour, LATICRETE 86 LatiLevel will produce a smooth and flat surface with excellent durability, which is ready for foot traffic in less than 4 hours.

LATICRETE® 816 LatiPatch™
LATICRETE 816 LatiPatch is a smooth trowel applied underlayment. It is formulated with a special blend of cements, fillers and polymers to produce a fast setting patching compound that can be applied over concrete and exterior glue plywood. LATICRETE 816 LatiPatch is normally mixed with water.
For special substrates, embossing vinyl floors and for improved performance, this product should be mixed with LATICRETE Admix & Primer.
- Rapid set allows final floor installation in 1-2 hours.
- For repairing floors from feather edge to 1/2" (12 mm) thickness.
- Smooth surface allows easy installation of resilient flooring.

LATICRETE® Admix and Primer
