COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
The North American Profit Through Knowledge Technical Seminar is a two day, intensive training program specifically developed for ceramic tile and stone industry distributors, dealers, and other industry professionals who want to become familiar with LATICRETE® products. Experienced faculty utilizes both classroom instruction and hands-on product demonstrations. Attendees also have the opportunity to meet with key LATICRETE personnel.
We offer segmented classes that discuss commercial, residential, and stone installation practices and industry standards.

SEMINAR DATES & LOCATION
The seminar is conducted at the LATICRETE Technical Training Center located on our 44 acre campus and Corporate Headquarters in rural Bethany, Connecticut., LATICRETE is a 1 hour drive from the New York City metro area. While attending the LATICRETE seminar you will be our guest at the LATICRETE Visitor Center. Arrival and check-in is Wednesday after 5:00 p.m., check-out and departure is Friday after 7:00 p.m. or Saturday before 3:00 p.m.

DAILY SCHEDULE
The LATICRETE seminar runs two consecutive days on Thursdays & Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Each day there is a one hour lunch break, and two 15 minute refreshment / phone breaks. Time is allocated for questions and discussion at the end of each day's program. Optional social activities and sightseeing activities can also be planned.

- Learn about the LATICRETE adhesives used in various jobsite installations
- Discuss industry standards
- Discuss concrete construction and moisture related issues in concrete
- Up-selling to increase performance while lowering customer complaints
- Talk about movement joints
- Discuss job site visits and forensic examination
- Hands-on product demonstrations

Special hotel rates and shuttle services will be negotiated near each seminar location.
TUITION & REGISTRATION
Tuition for the seminar is US $ 459.00. Tuition excludes air fare. Program class size is limited to 21 attendees. LATICRETE guest facilities can accommodate 21 people only (LATICRETE representatives included).

CANCELLATIONS
Registration may not be canceled later than 4 weeks before the scheduled session; substitutions are allowable.
