MVP Debit Cards

Rebates of $1,000 or more are paid by check, hand-delivered by the LATICRETE Representative. All other rebates are funded quarterly via a LATICRETE MVP Debit Card issued in the name of the MVP Beneficiary.

How to Use Your Award Card:

Your LATICRETE Reward Pay Card can be used instantly everywhere MasterCard® debit cards are accepted.

Your card is reloadable, so keep it in a safe place. LATICRETE will load funds electronically to this same pay card each quarter.

Your pay card is a prepaid debit card, but always choose "credit" when using it for your purchases. If you purchase more than your available balance, tell the cashier how much to deduct from your pay card and that you'll be using another form of payment to make up the difference.

At gas stations, always present your pay card to an attendant inside the service stations. Your pay card will not work at the gas pump.

If you return a purchase, refunds will be credited back to your pay card within 5 to 7 business days.

If you would like to transfer the funds to your bank account, call the phone number listed on the back of your pay card for initial set up. After initial set up, you can log into your account by visiting www.paypartners.com.

For Balance And Account Information:

Either call the toll-free phone number on the back of your pay card or visit www.paypartners.com and log into the cardholder portal.

How Do I Begin Using My Pay Card?

You must call the toll-free phone number on the back of your pay card to activate it for the first time. You will be asked to input your activation Personal Identification Number (PIN) - the last four digits of your Federal Tax ID Number. You will then be prompted to create a new PIN.

What is My PIN Number and Why Do I Need One?

Your PIN is initially set to the last four digits of your Federal Tax ID Number. When you call to activate your pay card, you will be prompted to create a new PIN. A PIN is necessary if you want to withdraw funds from an ATM machine; it is not necessary for general purchases because it is considered a "credit" purchase. Your PIN is a security device that protects your money. You should memorize your PIN and never write it on your card, or carry it with you in your wallet for your own account security.

How Do I Log into the Online Cardholder Portal for the First Time?

Visit www.paypartners.com to login. You will need to enter your 16 digit pay card number and PIN number to access the cardholder portal.

What If My Pay Card is Lost or Stolen?

Call the toll-free phone number on the back of your pay card immediately. Customer service will take you through the security steps of transferring your old account balance and history to a new pay card.

Is There a Number I Can Call If I Have Any Other Questions?

Your pay card has a toll-free number printed on the back for customer service. You can call that number 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to learn your real-time pay card balance and transactions in English or Spanish. Live customer service is available 7 days a week during extended business hours.
