"Henry,

I want to second what Mark said. I used to work on large commercial jobs where we bought pallets of thinset and 4237 and 3701 and SP-100 Epoxy, but now I am just a guy running my own small company where some weeks I am glad to use a couple bags of thinset. But Laticrete has taken an interest in my small company and even provided some free products. Mahalo!"

I now have a smile on my face ...."Henry, I guess I could send you this in a PM but I wanted to thank you in public for your interest in my company. Your rep Lee came to see me a few weeks ago and filled my brain with all kinds of useful information.Thank you also for the bags of 255 Multimax. I tried some on my last shower and quite enjoyed it.I am but a one man show (sometimes w/ a helper) and I know I'm not a huge $$ customer to any supplier but it was very kind of you guys to take the time to introduce me to Laticrete. I have been using some Hydroban also. Customer service goes a long way in my book. Thanks,"Mark ChristensenTarkus Tile, Inc.Lehi, Utahhttp://www.johnbridge.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=903279#post903279

Re: Feedback & Comments Are Important To Us
I am attempting to install porceline tile in 2 adjacent rooms where the flooring is not completely level. The floors are currently cement. My contractor is using Laticrete floor leveling mortar. The first application went on without a problem. The second application developed holes throughout it and then hairline cracks when walked on 3 days later. Is this normal? How do we proceed? The contractor had planned on putting down 3 layers of laticrete to correct the low areas in the foundation flooring. At $30 a bag, this is quickly adding up. :( I could use some advice.

Thanks. Cheryl
